I have been working with Eric for 7 weeks now. He has been absolutely amazing with his customer service. Eric recommended the right solution to my problem. I was referred to Hormone Logics by one of the large online clinics because I wanted a brick and mortar establishment that was more personable. When it comes to my health I only want to work with the best and this clinic has exceeded my expectations and is truly in a class of its own. From the start, I have been working with Eric. Eric has been and continues to be an excellent source of knowledge and displays exemplary service. During the preliminary phase he took his time explaining and walking me through all the procedures and made the process much easier by setting up my initial appointments so that I could get all the tests done quickly. From there, he and the doctor created a personalized plan of treatment that is tailored to me specifically. Over the course of several months I have noticed substantial improvements to my health - both physically and mentally. Eric follows up with me frequently to ensure I am track to meet my goals that we established at the beginning. He is personable, knowledgeable, and maintains an excellent disposition. He is a straight shooter and always has an entertaining story to share - he isn’t just your advisor but also a friend. I never have to call to reorder because he contacts me well in advance. With my line of work I don’t have much free time and Eric makes sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently so that I can maximize the time that I do have to myself. This is no doubt a competitive industry with all the online and physical establishments that are available so it is important to do your research before entrusting your health to one. Luckily, your search can stop here because this clinic has been around for a long time and has experts on staff that will get you to where want to be. I've been working with Nick M. for about 6 months now. He is always available and helpful. He is also good with follow ups when I need a refill, which is something I need. I've tried another company before working with Nick and Nick blows them out of the water with customer service. Hormone Logics also makes it easy with the way they package the prescriptions. It's easy to follow and answers any question I have about taking the medication.

I just wanted to say thank you. In the 7 years that I've been dealing with this I've never had anyone listen to me and spend as much time with me on the subject of what I'm going through as you guys have. It's obvious you care and I'm definitely impressed.

I have tried other places for TRT, and this is hands down the best place. From the first visit you know you are in good hands and everyone takes their job serious. I have never felt better.
